George Wallace
George Wallace is the author of 30 chapbooks of poetry, a writer in residence at the Walt Whitman Birthplace, and the first laureate of the Beat Poetry Festival, headquartered in Watertown, Connecticut. A regular on the NYC poetry performance scene, he travels internationally to perform his work. His most recent collection of poems is A Simple Blues with a Few Intangibles (Foothills Publications, Kanona, NY, 2016).
