David Sloan

a graduate of the University of Southern Maine Stonecoast MFA Creative Writing Program, he helped to found, and currently teaches English and directs plays at, Merriconeag Waldorf High School in New Gloucester, Massachusetts.  He has written two books on teaching drama and literature to teenagers.  His poetry has appeared, or will be forthcoming, in The Northern New England Review, Carpe Articulum, The Friends of Acadia Journal, Infinity Limited, and Western Poetry Quarterly.
