Jim Bliss

Jim Bliss: worked as a commercial artist and illustrator in the New York State area for over 30 years, working for such prestigious clients as Disney, The Wall Street Journal, National Geographic Society, and many others, before turning to more personal work. His current works are executed with graphite pencil, ball point pen, black colored pencils, and markers on drawing paper, and are colored digitally in Photoshop. His works defy categorization — sometimes serious, profound, sometimes absurd, surreal, whimsical, strange or just plain nonsense — whatever inspires him at the moment.
