Shelia Geoffrion

Shelia Geoffrion: paints primarily in Maine but also keeps studios in Florida and Ireland. Her works are interpretation of plants in natural arrangements and seek to capture abstract elements rather than precise renderings. She is inspired by the contrasts between the fields and forests. She also paints watery surfaces of savannas, marshes, and the edges of rivers where vegetation and reflections change and engage.
